In the company TKI Hrastnik, d.d. we have aligned the quality management system with global practice within the framework of the international standard ISO 9001, whose certificate we obtained in 1998. The quality management system, which is constantly developing and upgrading, is understood as a system of company regulation, as a system of continuous improvement of our own processes, products and services , we involve and appreciate the participation of all customers, suppliers, as well as employees in the company. By a systematic approach, we try to exceed the requirements of customers and achieve business goals.

Ensuring food safety is a part of our business policy. Food safety represents obligation as well as advantage in the market. IFS Food Certificate verifies the safety and quality of manufacturers and production processes. It combines the HACCP principles of Codex Alimentarius with requirements of good business and hygiene practices.

HACCP management system with FAMI-QS (the Quality and Safety System for Specialty Feed Ingredients) addresses safety (hygiene adequacy), quality and regulatory compliance of specialty feed ingredients and their mixtures. The prevention system provides measures to identify, assess and minimize the risk factors that might jeopardize product safety in the production of feed grade additives.
