Disinfectants
The AQUASAN chlorine preparations are stable organic chlorine compounds with a high content of free chlorine, resistant to UV sunlight. The high quality of the chlorine tablets ensures a strong effect and a uniform dissolution, enabling the maintenance of chlorine in the water throughout the year. All chlorine preparations dissolve completely and without any insoluble residue.
AQUASAN CHLORINE TABLETS 90
200 g tablets with free chlorine content of 90 %. They keep the pool water clean and safe, removing health-threatening substances and microorganisms.
AQUASAN KLOR GRANULAT 65
A chlorine granulate with free chlorine content of approximately 65 %. It keeps the pool water clean and safe, removing health-threatening substances and microorganisms.
AQUASAN COMBI TABLETS
Multipurpose tablets maintaining the microbiological purity of the water, preventing the formation and development of algae and maintaining the clarity of the water.
PH value-adjusting products
For the disinfection and cleaning processes to run correctly, maintaining the pH value of the pool water is key. A high pH value can cause many problems, like cloudy water, the formation of limescale on the walls and the bottom of the pool, the blockage of free chlorine (causing poor disinfection and the formation of algae), as well as problems with the filtration and cleaning of the pool water. A low pH value causes corrosion of the metal parts, a rapid loss of chlorine (resulting in a higher chlorine consumption) and the irritation of the eyes and throats of the bathers.
AQUASAN PH MINUS (LIQUID)
It is used to maintain the pH value in the pool water and to lower it when it rises above 7.4, thus ensuring excellent disinfection and clear water.
AQUASAN PH MINUS (GRANULAT)
It is used to lower and maintain the pH value of the pool water, preventing the formation of limescale, which is a condition for an effective disinfection and clear water.
AQUASAN PH MINUS (SULFURIC ACID)
It is used to lower the pH value of the pool water and to maintain the prescribed value, can be used by larger systems and with automatic dosing.
AQUASAN PH PLUS
It is used to increase the pH value of pool water when it falls below 7.0 and to maintain it, as well as to prevent corrosion, the irritation of the eyes, throat or the mucous membranes and reduces any chlorine losses.
Anti-algae products
A careful maintenance of the pH value and the chlorination of the pool water can prevent the formation and development of algae. For a complete protection against the water contamination with algae (also against the chlorine-resistant types), additional products are advised. With the preventive periodic addition of the Aquasan algaecides and by guaranteeing sufficient water circulation in the pool (8-12 hours a day), no algae will be present in the pool water.
AQUASAN ALGICID
Prevents the formation and development of algae in the pool water. As it contains no copper or other metals, it does not cause turbidity or colouration of the water, while bathing is possible immediately after its use.
AQUASAN ALGICID EXTRA
Prevents the formation and development of algae in the pool water, does not cause turbidity or discolouration of the water, does not foam in case of stronger water circulation, while bathing is possible immediately after its use.
Special preparations
Special preparations ensure the elimination of smaller particles of impurities and clarify the water. They also contribute to the reduction of free chlorine in the water, when it exceeds the permitted limit and causes irritations of the eyes, the throat or – in rare cases – the chlorine allergies. They contribute to an adequate water quality and hygiene and in this way facilitate the spring-cleaning of the pool. They also maintain the appropriate concentration of chlorine in the pool water. Since the tabs contain a chlorine stabilizer, they prevent the loss of free chlorine and ensure an optimal disinfection level.

Keeps the water in the pool clean, removes small particles from the water and clarifies it.

Quickly and effectively reduces the content of free chlorine in pool water. The water is suitable for swimming immediately after its use.
Cleaning products for the pool and its surroundings
Products for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and its surroundings remove limescale, any oil and grease stains, dust and other dirt. The agents are effective yet mild and do not damage the pool or the equipment.

Non-chlorine preparations for water treatment
The process of pool water treatment is based on the use of Aquasan Kristal and Aquasan Oxi shock. These products do not contain chlorine and do not cause bathing issues that can occur when treating the water with chlorine preparations and other disinfectants. An unpleasant smell is avoided, there is no risk of the irritations of the eyes, the throat or the mucous membranes, nor the possibility of chlorine allergies. With the regular use according to the manufacturer’s instructions, permanent water disinfection and the oxidation of impurities present in the water can be achieved.
The pool water is pleasant and mild, ensuring safe and pleasant bathing. The water treatment process is simple and efficient; regularly monitoring the water quality and adding chemicals require much less time and work, the water in the pool is clear. Non-chlorine agents are added at the beginning of the season, when filling the pool with water, and are used throughout the season. During the season, no other agents should be used (chlorine, bromine or other disinfectants, algaecides, etc.). The Aquasan agents can be used to correct the pH value, and Aquasan Bistrin can be used to clarify the water. Use the special Aquasan Oxi Pool tester to monitor and supervise the water quality.
